Keisha A. McKinnor is a leader at a national civil rights organization where she built community partnerships, engaged with the law enforcement community by training on implicit bias and hate crimes, and responded to incidents of bias and hate. She is also Principal at Opinex Group, a business consulting firm aimed at enabling individuals and organizations to operate in excellence.
Passionate about giving back to the community, she also serves as CEO of MKUU, a non-profit which offers mentoring to young girls ages 9-17 in marginalized communities, equipping them with tools to be our next-generation leaders.
Keisha holds a Master of Divinity in Global Ministry, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, is currently the President of the Board of Directors for Arizona Autism Charter Schools, President of the Mesa-East Valley MLK Committee, Board Member for Mesa United Way, and sits on the Arizona Department of Safety’s African American Advisory Board.
