Principal & Lead AdvisorKeisha is originally from Chicago, IL and now resides in Arizona. She has extensive experience in real estate, business consulting, and community advocacy. As a licensed agent and property manager, Keisha oversaw large-scale commercial and residential portfolios, leading leasing strategies, capital projects, and executive strategies. Her career includes managing multimillion-dollar real estate assets for REITs and major retailers, where she optimized operations, reduced costs, and ensured regulatory compliance.
Beyond real estate, Keisha’s passion is serving. As a former leader at a national nonprofit, she built community partnerships, responded to bias-related incidents, and facilitated trainings on implicit bias, hate crimes, and anti-bullying in schools. Keisha is proudly the founder and CEO of MKUU, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring girls to lead with confidence and conviction. As well as holding board positions with multiple community organizations, mostly serving youth.
An avid learner, Keisha holds a Master of Divinity in Global Ministry and an MBA in Global Management. Whether in real estate, business, or advocacy, she is committed to driving meaningful change and creating opportunities for growth and empowerment.
Oh, and she loves classic movies, sweets, and pretending to be a runner.

ConsultantDr. Al McKinnor is a retired veteran, educator, community leader and public servant currently operating as a consultant on business ethics and entrepreneurship.
A former U.S. Marine, Dr. McKinnor spent over 30 years teaching within the college and university education system. He has served in both appointed and elected local public offices as well as a sought after business and political consultant to individuals and organizations. He holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and Management and a Doctorate of Business Administration. Dr. McKinnor has also obtained numerous professional certifications within law enforcement including a paralegal certificate.
In addition to being a positioning consultant, Dr. McKinnor has a thriving embroidery and screen-printing business specializing in custom orders. His greatest joy in life right now is spoiling his grandchildren and becoming an avid student of “YouTube University.”
